Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Infiniti Solution account and its associated personal data at any time. How you request it depends on whether you are a caregiver or an agency administrator.

Caregivers

Open the Infiniti Solution caregiver app and go to Account / Security → Request account deletion. You can also email support@infinitisolution.org from the address associated with your account. If your access was provided by your agency, your agency administrator can also initiate the request.

Agency administrators

To request deletion of an agency workspace or a staff member's account, contact support@infinitisolution.org or call (612) 203-3771 from a verified agency contact. We confirm the request before making any changes.

What happens to your data

Once a deletion request is verified, we remove or de-identify the personal data associated with the account. Some operational records — such as visit, timesheet, and billing records — may be retained where an agency or applicable law requires it for compliance and audit purposes. We will explain what applies to your request when you contact us.
