1. Who We Are

Infiniti Solution ("we," "us," or "our") provides home care agency management software, including an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) platform and caregiver mobile application, designed for Minnesota 245D compliance. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Location data:GPS coordinates captured when a caregiver clocks in or clocks out of a visit. Location is collected only while the app is actively in use ("when in use") and only to verify EVV compliance as required by Minnesota law.
• Visit records: Clock-in/out times, service type, caregiver activities, and end-of-day notes recorded during EVV visits.
• Device information: Device type and operating system version for technical support purposes.
• Communications: Messages sent through the in-app messaging feature between caregivers and office staff.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the EVV platform and caregiver app.
• Verify visit locations for Minnesota 245D EVV compliance.
• Generate timesheets and payroll records for home care agencies.
• Enable secure authentication and protect account access.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve our software based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Location Data

The Infiniti Solution mobile app requests access to your device location only while the app is in use. Location is captured at two specific moments: when you clock in and when you clock out of a visit. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.

Location data is stored securely in your agency's database and is used solely to generate EVV records as required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services under Minnesota Statute 256B.0625, Subdivision 19c (245D).

5. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your agency: Visit records, timesheets, and caregiver data are shared with the home care agency that employs you and uses Infiniti Solution.
• With service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication) and other infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• As required by law: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process, government request, or to protect the safety of individuals.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. Caregiver credentials are stored using secure authentication provided by Supabase Auth. On iOS devices, sensitive session data is protected using the device's Secure Enclave via Expo SecureStore.

7. Data Retention

Visit records and EVV data are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by Minnesota DHS regulations. Account data is retained for the duration of your agency's subscription plus 1 year after termination. You may request deletion of personal data not subject to legal retention requirements by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Opt out of any marketing communications.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for use by adults (caregivers, agency staff, and administrators) aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new policy at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
