Switching to Infiniti Solution, step by step.

Moving care agency software is a real change. We make it controlled, predictable, and supported — from discovery call to go-live and beyond. Typical onboarding depends on agency size and data readiness; here's the shape of what you'll do.

A typical first week

Larger agencies and complex multi-service organizations will run longer; smaller agencies often complete onboarding faster. The shape stays the same.

The nine stages, in order

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    We start with a 30-minute call to understand your service mix, agency size, current tools, billing setup, and the operational pains you want fixed first. The output is a written onboarding plan tailored to your team.

  2. 02

    Agency setup

    We provision your organization-level account, configure agencies (one or many), set up roles and access tiers, and connect supervisor and admin accounts. Your team gets sign-in credentials before any data is loaded.

  3. 03

    Services and rates configuration

    We configure your service lines (245D Basic / Intensive, CFSS, IHS, ICLS, ARMHS, EIDBI, etc.), service codes, and Minnesota DHS rate structures. Custom rates per contract are added at this step.

  4. 04

    Client and staff import

    We import your client list (demographics, payer info, authorizations) and your staff list (roles, credentials, availability) from spreadsheets or your existing tool. Migration is a paid add-on; timing depends on data readiness.

  5. 05

    Scheduling setup

    We build your recurring schedules from existing patterns, configure conflict-detection rules, and verify shift reminders reach the right caregiver devices. Open shifts and on-call configuration are set up here too.

  6. 06

    EVV and timesheet training

    Caregivers download the mobile app and run a guided test clock-in / clock-out. Supervisors learn the EVV approval queue, exception workflow, and timesheet review process. Most caregivers are operational in under 5 minutes.

  7. 07

    Billing workflow review

    We walk through the billing-ready queue with your billing lead — service code mapping, authorization usage visibility, claim batch preparation, and denial / rebilling workflows — using your real configured services and rates.

  8. 08

    Go-live support

    On the agreed go-live date, your full team is on the platform. We're on call for the first week to resolve any setup edges, answer questions in real time, and adjust configuration as your team uses the system in production.

  9. 09

    Ongoing support

    After go-live, ongoing support continues through email and phone. We handle configuration updates, training for new staff, and questions that come up as your services evolve. Support response time is committed in your contract.

We help agencies migrate the records that keep their operations running. Migration support depends on data format, completeness, and agency size — so the first step is always a review of your current setup.

Configurable Minnesota DHS service rate structures plus any custom contract rates.

Per-client authorized hours, units, dates, and remaining balances.

Recurring shift patterns and active assignments at the time of cutover.

IAPP, care plans, and other client-attached files where source export is supported.
