Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions

The questions agencies ask before they request a quote. If yours isn't here, ask us on a discovery call — we don't hide answers behind a sales process.

Is EVV included?
Yes. EVV is part of every plan. There is no separate EVV add-on or per-caregiver EVV fee.
Do you support Minnesota 245D providers?
Yes. The platform is built for Minnesota 245D workflows — care plans, IAPP review tracking, authorization tracking, EVV-ready records, and DHS-aligned billing. We don't make formal certification claims; customers remain responsible for their own licensure and DHS interactions.
Can I manage multiple agencies or locations?
Yes. Organization-level accounts run multiple agencies and multiple service lines under one login, with per-agency configuration, compliance, and billing tracks.
Do you help migrate data?
Yes. Data migration is offered as a paid add-on during onboarding. We typically import client lists, staff records, schedules, authorizations, and historical visits. Timing depends on the size and readiness of your existing data.
How long does onboarding take?
Most agencies go live in 1–2 weeks. Smaller agencies with clean data can move faster. Multi-service or multi-agency organizations take longer. We'll commit to a realistic timeline after the discovery call.
Can I use Infiniti Solution for scheduling and billing together?
Yes — that's the design. Scheduling generates visits, visits become EVV records, EVV becomes timesheets, approved timesheets feed the billing-ready queue with service codes attached. One chain.
Is there training for caregivers and office staff?
Yes. Caregivers run a guided test clock-in / clock-out on the mobile app — most are operational in under 5 minutes. Office staff get a walkthrough of scheduling, EVV approval, timesheet review, and billing workflows during onboarding.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Annual contracts are standard. We don't lock you into multi-year commitments. If the platform isn't a fit, you can choose not to renew — your data stays exportable.
Can I start small and add more features later?
Yes. Starter plans cover the core workflow. As your agency grows or your service mix expands, you can add agencies, service lines, advanced reporting, and migration support without re-platforming.
What information do you need for a quote?
Agency size (clients and caregivers), service lines you operate, your current tools, and any specific Minnesota DHS contracts or rate structures you need configured. The /request-pricing form captures all of it.
Switching software

Questions agencies ask before switching software

Changing care-agency software is a real change. These are the questions every operator weighs — and how we answer them honestly.

We're on spreadsheets today. What changes for us?
Most of the tedious copy-paste between spreadsheets goes away. Schedules generate visits, EVV records become timesheets automatically, and billing is built from approved visits — not retyped from a Google Sheet. Your team will spend less time on data entry and more on supervising care.
Will my staff actually use the new tool?
Caregivers use a mobile app designed for one-tap clock-in / clock-out. Office staff get the walkthrough during onboarding plus quick reference materials. We've found that the agencies that succeed are the ones that bring office leads to onboarding sessions, not the ones that try to roll out alone.
How does our billing workflow change?
Instead of starting from a blank invoice, your billing team starts from a queue of approved EVV-backed visits with service codes and rates already attached. Denials are tracked with reason codes. The billing flow is faster — but the underlying claim-prep discipline stays the same.
What happens to our existing client and staff data?
We import it during onboarding. Spreadsheets, CSVs, and exports from common tools work; truly proprietary or paper-only records take more effort. We always review your data first and tell you honestly what's in scope.
How do compliance and documentation records carry over?
Care plans, IAPP review history, and authorizations are imported where the source system supports clean export. Going forward, those records are captured as part of everyday workflows — not reconstructed at audit time.
What if something breaks after launch?
Email and phone support are available during business hours. We're on call for the first week after go-live to resolve setup edges. Critical issues get an immediate response; the system-status page shows current platform health.
Data migration

Move from spreadsheets, paper, or your old system — without losing what matters.

We help agencies migrate the records that keep their operations running. Migration support depends on data format, completeness, and agency size — so the first step is always a review of your current setup.

We can help you move from:

  • Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Paper records
  • Legacy software exports (CSV, XLSX)
  • Separate scheduling tools
  • Separate billing tools

Migration support depends on data format, completeness, and agency size. We review your data first and tell you honestly what is in scope before any commitment.

What gets moved:

Client profiles
Demographics, payer info, Medicaid IDs, emergency contacts, and care plan summaries.
Staff and caregiver profiles
Roles, contact info, credentials, and availability where structured.
Service types
245D, CFSS, IHS, ICLS, ARMHS, EIDBI, and other service lines you operate.
Rates
Configurable Minnesota DHS service rate structures plus any custom contract rates.
Authorizations
Per-client authorized hours, units, dates, and remaining balances.
Schedules
Recurring shift patterns and active assignments at the time of cutover.
Documents
IAPP, care plans, and other client-attached files where source export is supported.

Who it's for

Built for Minnesota care-service operations — not hospital EHR replacement.

We're focused on the operational reality of running 245D and home care agencies. If your day looks like the left column, the platform is built for you. If it looks like the right column, we're not the right fit yet — and we'll tell you that on a discovery call rather than waste your time.

Best fit
  • Minnesota 245D providers
  • Home care agencies
  • CFSS providers
  • IHS / ICLS providers
  • Multi-service care agencies
  • Agencies managing EVV, scheduling, timesheets, billing, and documentation
  • Agencies moving away from spreadsheets, paper, or disconnected tools
Not the best fit yet
  • Hospitals looking for a full EHR
  • Agencies outside supported workflows that need deep custom integrations immediately
  • Providers looking only for a standalone payroll system
  • Organizations that don't need scheduling, EVV, documentation, or billing workflows
