Infiniti Solution LLC ("Infiniti Solution," "we," "us," or "our") operates a home care management software platform serving Minnesota 245D licensed agencies. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, their employees, and the individuals they serve. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website at infinitisolution.org and our software platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration details (name, email address, phone number, agency name)
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
  • Demo request and contact form submissions
  • Support tickets and communications with our team
  • Patient and caregiver records entered into the platform by your agency

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Device information (operating system, device identifiers)
  • Usage analytics (features used, session duration, click patterns)
  • GPS/location data for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) when enabled
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

2.3 Protected Health Information (PHI)

Our platform may process Protected Health Information as defined under HIPAA. We act as a Business Associate to our agency clients. PHI is handled in accordance with our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and applicable HIPAA regulations.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Infiniti Solution platform
  • Process billing and send invoices
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Send product updates, compliance alerts, and service notifications
  • Comply with Minnesota 245D, DHS, and EVV regulatory requirements
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Conduct analytics to improve platform performance
  • Meet legal obligations under state and federal law

We do not sell your personal information or PHI to third parties. We do not use patient data for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Vendors who help us deliver our Services (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Minnesota DHS / State Agencies: As required for EVV compliance and 245D reporting
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections

5. Data Retention

We retain account and platform data for as long as your agency maintains an active subscription, plus a minimum of 7 years to comply with Minnesota 245D record-keeping requirements. PHI is retained per HIPAA guidelines. You may request deletion of non-PHI account data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, analyze usage, and improve the platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality. We do not serve third-party advertising cookies.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
