- The mobile app captures clock-in and clock-out events offline and syncs when connectivity returns. GPS coordinates are captured at the moment of the event.
- Can supervisors review and correct EVV exceptions?
- Yes. Every exception keeps the original record and adds an audit-trail entry showing who corrected it, when, and why. Manual corrections require supervisor approval.
- How do EVV records connect to billing?
